more than that stop pretending you know and can speak for the working class or third world just because you took a course in anthropological llama science and reblog photos of black blocs
Maybe you don’t understand the social pressures to go to college after graduating high-school, but in our society, there is a mindset that supposedly you can’t succeed if you don’t get a degree. Today the number of people seeking unemployment benefits dropped to 352,000, the fewest since April 2008 ( unemployed persons in the states is 13.1 million ). In my hometown, no-one could get a job unless you knew someone in the family or you got lucky. I myself had to move to MA and work, just so I could save money for school. With over 350,000 people unemployed in this country, don’t mock people for wanting to get an education to try and succeed. Everyone is now competing in a global economy, if you want to get the best teachers, scientist, business workers, artists etc, you’re literally competing with universities and employers around the globe.
Do not mock people for wanting an education. No one I go to school with ever seriously complains about being here. We joke about they price, but only to soften the blow of reality. Tuition and costs are going up faster then inflation itself, and it is virtually impossible for incomes to keep up. People are angry about this system, I don’t blame them. I don’t think they should ” shut the fuck up about how oppressed they are.” If anything they should be louder.

Do not mock people for wanting an education.
